ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner application dated 13.07.2022 for UDR Corrections for petitioner land in Survey No.135 and 137 situated at Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 13.07.2022 with a request for UDR Corrections for petitioner land, which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.07.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's land for UDR Corrections situated in Survey No.135 and 137 situated at Pennagaram Taluk, Dharmapuri District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees, if any. 2/4
