The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Nesamany Police Station at Nagercoil on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.00 am., for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation imposed on the petitioner herein vide order dated 18.07.2024 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13177 of 2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
