ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to a case in Crime No.64 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant an FIR in Crime No.64 of 2022 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC. After investigation, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram.

3. Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
