ORDER

The petition has been filed to withdraw I.D.O.P. No.7 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court, Cuddalore and transfer the same 1/3

to the file of the Principal District Judge, Tiruvarur.

2. Heard Ms. Manne Ramya for Mr. U. Gokulakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. R. Gokulnath for Mr. P. Paramasivadoss, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that IDOP No.7 of 2023 has already been disposed of on 19.02.2024. He would state that it is an exparte decree, which has been passed. As the proceedings have already been completed, nothing remains in transfer civil miscellaneous petition for adjournment. In case, the exparte decree is set aside, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court afresh with transfer petition.

4. With this observation, the transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. No costs. The connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 04.04.2024 Index:Yes/No Speaking order/Non-speaking order mjs 2/3
