ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a suitable direction, to transfer the FIR in Crime No.362 of 2017 from the file of the 1st respondent to some other police station within the limits of Ootacamund City.

2. The Learned Government Advocate appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that the petitioner whereabouts is undeducted. Hence the FIR has been closed.

3. In view of the submission made by the Learned Government Advocate, nothing survives in this petition. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
