This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13228 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023 to stay at Trichy and report before the Cantonment Police Station, Trichy, everyday at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.13228 of 2023 dated 20.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
