Crl.M.P.No.14984 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.2611 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2611 of 2022 dated 04.02.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at about 10.30 am until further orders.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Vinothraja, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has been filed before the Special Court for NDPS Act, Salem.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2611 of 2022 dated 04.02.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report Special Court for NDPS Act, Salem on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 am until further orders. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
