O R D E R

This petition has been filed to cancel the bail order granted in C.M.P.No.3297 of 2013 dated 21.05.2013 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Coimbatore.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the bail was granted by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Coimbatore, without imposing onerous conditions. He further submitted that though the petitioner herein has filed intervening petition stating that the accused persons have cheated the petitioner to the tune of Rs.20 lakhs and have stolen the intellectual property owned by the petitioner company and caused great financial loss to the petitioner Institution, the learned Judicial Magistrate, without considering the gravity of offences committed by the accused has granted bail without imposing stringent conditions.

3. This Court, on hearing the submission raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner/ intervener is of the opinion that the grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner/intervener will not serve as a ground for cancellation of bail granted by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Coimbatore. Moreover, this original petition has been filed in the year 2013 and more than two years have lapsed and investigation is almost completed. Hence, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
