This Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking for to to call for the records of order of learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Viruddhachalam dated 07.03.2017 made in C.M.P. No.224 of 2017 in S.T.C. No.846 of 2011 and set aside the same.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the dispute in this case has been settled out of the Court between the parties after having entered into compromise by them. Hence, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
