Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records of the second respondent in connection with order of detention passed in the proceedings Rc.No.C2/10353/2022 dated 25.08.2022 directing the respondents herein to produce the detenu Ramalingam @ Sanjay, son of Venkatesan, aged about 23 years, who is detained under Act 14/82, who is now confined in the Central Prison, Cuddalore before this Hon'ble Court and set aside the detention order and set him at liberty forthwith. 2. Learned counsel on both sides submit that the impugned preventive detention order has since been revoked (Advisory Board) vide proceedings dated 03.10.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.6553 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department.

3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
