Crl.M.P.No.13502 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6915 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6915 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023 to report before respondent Police, daily at 10.30 a.m., for two weeks and thereafter, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6915 of 2023 dated 13.04.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
