2. C.M.P.No.17052 of 2025 has been filed to set aside the abatement of the above appeal.

3. CMP.No.17053 of 2025 has been filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the 13th respondent.

4. Mr.Elzhirasan states that he has filed vakalat and entered appearance for the proposed parties. He has no serious for allowing the aforesaid petitions.

5. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions. Accordingly, all the petitions are ordered.

6. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
