This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the Petitioner shall report before respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15923 of 2023 dated 21.07.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15923 of 2023 dated 21.07.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
