This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9435 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.11166 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied the condition and raised objection to modify the condition. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
