These petitions have been filed to extend the time to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court vide common order dated 19.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.15696 & 15700 of 2023.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserve to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended till 18.09.2023 for the petitioners to execute the sureties and comply with the conditions, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions are ordered.
