This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take the complaint on file and to take appropriate action on the complaint filed by the petitioner.

2. Mr.K.V.Sajeev Kumar, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents 2 to 5 submitted that the State Level Scrutiny Committee has passed an order dated 29.12.2021 and directed the Collector to confiscate the

certificate.

3. In such view of the matter, no further orders are required and this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Special Government Pleader is directed to serve a copy of the order passed by the State Level Scrutiny Committee dated 29.12.2021 also to be served on the other side.
