This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 5(b) of this Court's order made in Crl.OP.No.14509 of 2023 dated 17.07.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.14509 of 2023 dated 17.07.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioners shall report before the Respondent police, on second and fourth Saturday of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
