The condition imposed by this Court while granting bail on 21.03.2023 is sought to be relaxed.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) states that on completion of investigation, final report has been filed and the same is taken on file by the XXI Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai in S.C. No.388 of 2020.

3. Taking note of the said submission, the condition imposed on this petitioner to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly.
