The Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent-Police to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioner's personal life and liberty as per Article 21 of Constitution of India.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen from the records that there is a boundary dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent herein, which is purely civil in nature. The petitioner, instead of approaching the civil Court, has filed a complaint dated 24.06.2025 and the second respondent-Police entertained the said complaint and assigned C.S.R.No.847 of 2025. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to give any positive direction to the second respondent-Police to provide Police protection to the petitioner and it is for the petitioner to work out her remedy before the competent Civil Court in the manner known to law.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall 2/4

be no order as to costs.
