The prayer in the present Writ Petition has became infructuous since the petitioner herein has sought for transfer of investigation in Crime No.121 of 2019 pending before the second respondent herein to the Central Bureau of Investigation and pending the investigation, the person who was said to be missing has been retrieved and is also present before this Court. Hence no effective orders can be passed in the present Writ Petition.
