O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged a complaint on 14.12.2021 and no action has been taken. Earlier to it, the complaints were lodged on 22.11.2021 and 24.11.2021, to secure the property from one Kandhasamy and also hooligans. The respondent Police have not taken any steps despite the specific complaint made revealing cognizable offence.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that earlier, the petitioner was called for enquiry on 13.01.2022 and the petitioner have not appeared for enquiry. On the petitioner's appearance before the respondent Police, the 1st respondent Police would take appropriate action. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on 09.02.2022, along with the copy of the complaint as well as supporting documents.

4. In view of the same, the 1st respondent Police is directed to conduct the enquiry and thereafter to take steps in the manner known to Law and the enquiry to be completed within 3 weeks from the date of appearance of the petitioner, without any delay.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
