ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to withdraw the CMP No.115 of 2017 in M.C.No.9 of 2010 on the file of learned Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, Vellore District and transfer the same to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Cuddalore 2.

The relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. If the petitioner is not able to attend the proceedings, he can always be represented by a counsel before the Court below and the petitioner can be permitted to be present before the Court during important dates of hearing. 3.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court below to complete the proceedings in CMP No.115 of 2017 in M.C.No.9 of 2010, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if it has not been already disposed of.
