Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the second and third respondents from granting the layout approval in favour of the fifth respondent for the land in Survey No.339/1 and 340/2 to an extent of 1 acre 75 cents and 3 acres and 78 cents respectively till the disposal of the Suit in O.S.No.72 of 2022 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Krishnagiri.

ORDER

Mrs.C.Meera Arumugam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the second to fourth respondents.

2. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent and the learned Page No. 2 of 5

Government Advocate for the second to fourth respondents and after dispensing with the notice on the private respondent/fifth respondent, this writ petition is disposed of at the time of admission after recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate for the second to fourth respondents, wherein, he has stated that the layout approval has been granted to the fifth respondent on 13.09.2022.

3. Recording the above submission of the learned Government Advocate for the second to fourth respondents, this writ petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law.

4. The third respondent is directed to serve a copy of the layout approval to the petitioner, which was granted to the fifth respondent on 13.09.2022. No costs.
