The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498[A] and 506[i] of IPC, on the file of the respondent police and seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal side] submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the de facto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and closed C.S.R.No.9 of 2016.
