This matter is taken up for hearing under the caption "For Being Mentioned" today at the instance of the learned counsel for intervenor.

2. The learned counsel for the intervenor. submitted that in the order dated 03.02.2026 the name of the counsel appearing for the intervenor was mentioned as Mr.A. Vijaykumar whereas the correct one is Ms.K. Nithyashree. Hence, prays for appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the intervenor, the Registry is directed to correct the name of the learned counsel for the intervenor as Ms.K. Nithyashree and issue fresh order copy to the parties.

4. All other observations made in the order dated 03.02.2026 remains intact.
