This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of order and decree passed in R.L.T.O.P.No. 242 of 2021 on the file of XII Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioner would submit that he has applied for the certified copy of the order before the court below and he undertake to produce the same as and when he received the copy of order. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered.
