2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed an application to condone the delay in order to prefer a revision against the R.L.T.O.P., order.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent / landlord submits that already they started execution proceedings, due to pendency of this not able to proceed and ready to get on the main CRP.

4. Considering the above, the delay of 119 days in representing the CRP is condoned. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
