ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.11.2021 for the offences under Sections 447, 294(b), 323, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.914 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that there was a previous enmity between the petitioner and the de facto complainant due to which, on 12.11.2021 at about 7.45 p.m., the petitioner along with other accused entered into the house of One Marimutheu and assaulted the de facto complainant with knife. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that the petitioner has been suffering incarceration for more than 15 days from 15.11.2021 and hence, he would pray for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would raise objection stating that the petitioner is having two previous cases and that the investigation has not been completed. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the antecedents of the petitioner and that the investigation has not been completed, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
