The Civil Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed by the petitioner/1st appellant.

2. C.M.P.No.22010 of 2024 has been filed to condone the delay of 3279 days in filing the application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd appellant and respondents 1, 4 and 6 in S.A.No.476 of 2009.

3. C.M.P.No.22012 of 2024 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of 2nd appellant and respondents 1, 4 and 6 in S.A.No.476 of 2009.

4. C.M.P.No.22015 of 2024 has been filed to bring on record the 2nd petitioner as legal representative of the deceased 2nd appellant and respondents 1, 4 and 6 and array him as the 3rd appellant in S.A.No.476 of 2009.

5. Mr.K.Sukumaran, learned counsel appeared for the 1st respondent.

6. Dr.S.Suriya, learned Additional Government Pleader who appeared for the respondents 2 and 3 raised objections.

7. However, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, these petitions are ordered on payment of cost of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only). The petitioner is directed to pay the said cost to Dr.S.Suriya, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 3.
