The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section406, 420, 506(i) and 120-B of IPC, in Crime No.70 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed, the final report is ready, and the petitioner has not been arrayed as an accused.

3. Recording the same, this Court is of the view that, since there is no apprehension of arrest against the petitioner, this criminal original petition stands closed.
