2.Today, the contemnor is present. Learned counsel appearing for the contemnor submitted that the special leave petition filed in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.989 of 2020 has been dismissed by the Apex Court on 13.01.2020. Learned counsel seeks six weeks time from today to comply with the order.

3.Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed, making it clear that within a period of six weeks from today, the order passed by this Court will have to be complied with. We further make it clear that if the order is not complied with within the stipulated time, the petitioner is at liberty to reopen the contempt petition.
