Convict C.T.No.2111 aged about 55 years, now confined in the Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and further directing the respondents to consider him immediately for the premature release and set him at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the life convict has already been released.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
