This Court by an Order dated 28.08.2019, had directed the learned Special Judge, Special Court for EC Act Cases, Salem, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.35 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

Now the learned Special Judge, Special Court for EC Act Cases, Salem, has requested this Court to grant further period of six months to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings, as directed by this Court. 3.

As requested by the learned Special Judge, Special Court for EC Act Cases, Salem, time granted by this Court is extended by a period of three months from today.
