Mr.V. Ravikumar, learned counsel for the respondent expressed "No Objection" for condoning the delay.

In view of the "No Objection" expressed by the learned counsel for the respondent and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered as prayed for.
