Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit that the petitioner was unable to comply with the order within time due to his illhealth, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
