Claiming patta based upon prolonged possession over the land and house situated at No.1/424, Pothigai Street, Enjambakkam, Chennai 115, the petitioner made a representation dated 11.09.2015.

Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of both sides, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final hearing.
