ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in CRL.R.C.No.28 of 2015, on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Chennai, confirming the order dated 30.12.2014, made in Crl.M.P.No.1986 of 2014 in C.C.No.60 of 2006, on the file of Special Judge under TNPID Act, to set aside the same as against the petitioner.

2. The petitioner is arrayed as A5 in C.C.No.60 of 2006 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Chennai. Pending C.C.No.60 of 2006 filed the discharge petition in Crl.M.P.No.1986 of 2014 and the same was dismissed.

3. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner preferred a Crl.R.C.No.28 of 2015, on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Chennai and the same was also dismissed by this Court by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

an order dated 30.12.2014. this Court is of the view, the present petition is nothing but second criminal revision, as such, the same is not maintainable. Therefore, this petition is dismissed.
