This petition has been filed against the dismissal of the 311 petition filed by the petitioner to recall PW1 for further cross-examination. The Court below has dismissed the petition.
2. This Court does not find any illegality or infirmity in the order passed by the Court below and there are no grounds to interfere with the same.
3.In the result this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and there shall be direction to the Court below to complete the proceedings in C.C.No.218 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if it has not already been disposed.
