ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to survey and demarcate the boundary of the 1/4

petitioner's land comprising in survey 144/9A (12 1⁄2 cents), Survey No.144/1A, 144/1B, 144/2 (53 1⁄2 cents), Survey No. 144/1A, 144/1B, 144/2 (53 1⁄2 cents) totally acre 1.19 1⁄2 cents situated at Pallagacheri Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District based on the representation dated 14.06.2022.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner made a representation on 14.06.2022 with a request to measure the property, fix the boundaries of the land which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.06.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representations to survey, fix the boundaries for the land comprised in survey 144/9A (12 1⁄2 cents), Survey No.144/1A, 144/1B, 144/2 (53 1⁄2 cents), Survey No. 144/1A, 144/1B, 144/2 (53 1⁄2 cents) totally acre 1.19 1⁄2 cents situated at Pallagacheri Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 2/4
