Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side), appearing for the first respondent submitted that now, investigation in Crime No.600 of 2021 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri and taken cognizance in PRC No.18 of 2021 .

2. In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
