2. All the grounds raised by the petitioner, in this petition seeking to quash the proceedings are touching upon the facts of the case. I do not intend to render any of my opinion since it might have a bearing on the further course of the proceedings and the trial and thereby affect the proceedings. Accordingly, the present criminal original petition stands dismissed.
