ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case with liberty to argue the matter before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode by filing the Family Court judgments. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition. 2.In view of the above submission and also endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed as withdrawn.
