This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.02.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.02.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
