ORDER

This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.822 of 2013 on the file of respondent police. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the ground of limitation, the case in Crime No.822 of 2013 was closed as per Section 468 Cr.P.C., vide order in C.M.P.No.4672 of 2015 dated 12.09.2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Walajah.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
