ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Trial Court to expedite the trial in S.C.No.632 of 2004 on the file of the learned V Additional Sessions Court, Chennai as the occurrence is said to have been taken place in the year 2001.

2. Learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that now the case has been transferred to the XXI Additional Sessions Court, Allikulam. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the above submission, learned XXI Additional Sessions Judge, Allikulam is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the main case as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
