The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the II Additional Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee, on every Monday and Friday, apart from the Court hearing dates, till completion of the trial in Crl.O.P.No.5152/2024 dated 04.03.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
