The plaintiff has taken out the following applications: (i) A.No.4354 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 7 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st defendant in the above suit.
(ii) A.No.4355 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st defendant in the above suit. (iii) A.No.4357 of 2021 has been filed to bring the legal representatives of the 1st and 3rd defendant as the defendants 7 to 12 in the Tr.C.S.No.306 of 2016.
2.The plaintiff has also taken another set of applications in: (i) A.No.4358 of 2021 has been filed to condone the delay of 7 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the death of 1st defendant in the above suit.
(ii) A.No.4359 of 2021 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the 1st defendant in the above suit. 1/3
(iii) A.No.4361 of 2021 has been filed to bring the legal representatives of the 1st and 3rd defendant as the defendants 4 to 9 in the above Tr.C.S.No.306 of 2016.
3.M/s.Paul & Paul takes notices for all the proposed defendants and the statement is made that they have already filed their vakalat for them. 4.All the applications are allowed.
5.The plaintiff though is required to carry out necessary amendment in the plaint, in view of the ongoing restrictions in holding the physical Court and at the same time to ensure that unnecessary time is not lost for carrying out amendment, this Court now directs the Registry to carry out necessary amendment in the plaint.
6.The plaintiff is now required to file the amended plaint copy for the benefit of the Court.
7.Registry is required to ascertain if M/s.Paul & Paul's vakalat is taken on record and then print the name of the learned counsel for the defendants now impleaded.
