The petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Friday at 10.30 am for another three months in Crl.M.P.No.10634/2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12055/2024 dated 30.07.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the petitioner had complied with the conditions without fail and considering the other aspects, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
