The petitioner filed an appeal against the order of the 2nd respondent dated 24.01.2014 before the 1st respondent in Appeal Petition No.19697 of 2014 on 27.10.2014. The said appeal has been preferred against the order of the 2nd respondent, by which, patta granted in favour of the petitioner was cancelled. Seeking to expedite the said appeal, the present writ petition has been filed.

Mr.P.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2. By consent of both sides, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final hearing. 3.

Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
