Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to transfer the investigation of the above said case in Crime No.577 of 2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, Kottakuppam Police Station, Villupuram, Villupuram District to the file of Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Villupuram, Villupuram District or any other competent investigating agency for proper investigation and to file a report before competent Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation of the above said case in Crime No.577 of 2015 on the file of the 3rd respondent herein viz., the Inspector of Police, Kottakuppam Police Station, Villupuram, Villupuram District to the file of Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Villupuram, Villupuram District or any other competent investigating agency for proper investigation and to file a report before competent Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed a closure report before the Judicial Magistrate, Vanur on 28.06.2019.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed and a liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law.
